Welcome, welcome, my dearest children. Wonderful it is to communicate with you in this manner.
I wish to continue writing to you about the dimensional rules that influence your incarnate lives on Earth. In my last message to you, I advised you that you may sometimes find the rules that you have accepted as “fact” or “truth” are not as reliable as you have believed. This happens because you are raising your vibratory rate into the range of overlapping dimensions, and so sometimes you are living under the influence of fourth- or fifth-dimensional rules. The effect will be temporary until you have moved fully into a higher frequency dimension, but, meanwhile, you need to allow yourself the intellectual and emotional flexibility to live in the uncertainty. Every experience that you have—even the ones that seem to defy the rules–remains programmed into your energy system, waiting for you to access it. And you, my brilliant children, have only to remember it to cause your energy to resonate in tune, recreating the feelings linked to the experience and calling forth from potential into manifestation the circumstances that will provide you a physical re-experiencing of the essence of the memory. Therefore, whenever you experience something you enjoy, something you want to experience again, relish the memory! That is the surest way to bring it into your life repeatedly (and often in various ways). If you practice this advice in regard to higher-dimensional experiences, you will speed the expansion of your consciousness into those dimensions.
However, I caution you because while I encourage you to play with dimensional rules and to consciously draw enjoyable experiences into your life, I do not want you to feel bad about yourself if you fail to transcend the 3D rules consistently. Remember, you have just entered a dimensional borderland. The underpinnings of your Earth reality are beginning to shift, but you are still living most of your life in 3D—and it is appropriate that you are. You set up the rules of this reality to provide you with a framework for living on this planet at this time, just as a game designer sets rules to be a framework for playing his game. Until you are completely ready to play a new game with new rules—that is, until you have raised your vibration to match a new dimensional frequency—you will still participate in the 3D Earth incarnation game, even though many of you are catching glimpses of how you will play in a higher dimension.
Imagine that you are playing tennis with friends and having fun, really enjoying your play. Every now and then, your attention is drawn to something happening beyond the fence next to you. You glance that way occasionally and soon realize that there’s a different type of game being played on the other side of the fence. Now, you are still engaged in and enjoying your tennis match, but you are aware that there’s a softball game happening very close by—so close, in fact, that sometimes a softball comes flying over onto your tennis court and sometimes you hit a tennis ball beyond the fence and into the ball game. When that happens, the players simply throw the errant ball over the fence and continue the game they are playing. You may be intrigued by the softball game; you may imagine how much fun it would be to join the softball game; but you are still involved in your tennis match. Do not let the lure of softball spoil your current enjoyment of tennis. Do not be sad because you’re not playing softball. Do not attempt to impose the rules of softball onto tennis. If you try to hit a home run and dash around bases while in the midst of a tennis game, you will create confusion for all the players. Let your experiences of overlapping dimensional rules be like the errant balls; they are indicators of the new game, the new existence to come, but they are not fully in effect for you yet. Do not worry, for soon enough your games will merge until you find one day that you are up to bat on the softball field!
Although you devised your dimensional laws, you do not remember. Do you know why gravity exists? Do you know why your visible light spectrum ranges from violet to red? Do you know why you breathe oxygen? You probably think that you cannot possibly know the why of any of these questions. “That’s just the way things work on this planet,” you might say. Well, my beautiful, creative children, all of you collaborated and agreed on the dimensional rules that govern the way things work on this planet. You wrote the rules for the game. You are responsible for gravity. You are responsible for colors and for your lungs and the oxygen in the air. There are very good reasons for every rule you created, but because you do not remember that you made the rules, much less the reasons behind them, they often feel like burdens or even curses instead of guidelines set up to ensure a well-played game. If you slip into a higher vibrational moment and experience freedom from the constraints of 3D, returning to “reality” can feel like returning to bondage. But, oh, my dear ones, your life is not a prison sentence; your life is a game that you wanted to play.
One particular dimensional rule causes much distress in you sweet humans: linear time and its effects of decline and decay. You generate great amounts of fear, worry, and disgust around these concepts and waste immeasurable energy fighting a rule that you created and agreed to abide by when you incarnated. Does that not seem absurd to you? “Anti-aging” has become marketing’s most popular fear-based slogan. Aging, decline, and decay of all physicality is what you intended, so why do you fight it so? Because you do not remember. You do not remember choosing linear time and how it operates. You do not remember deciding that each Earth lifetime would have a beginning and an end. You do not remember planning for your physical body to co-operate with your time limit by becoming uninhabitable, either by decline and decay or by sudden malfunction. You do not remember that you are eternal, that your current lifetime is simply the current inning or round in your game, and so you fear that when you die, you will no longer exist. Some of you fear what awaits you after death. Your lack of knowledge makes you fearful, so you dread the signs that your body is aging, for each wrinkle or gray hair is a reminder that death is approaching. Then you try to eradicate the evidence with hair dye, chemical lotions and creams, toxic injections, and cosmetic surgery, as if disguising the effects of living in linear time will somehow stave off its ultimate finale. Believe me, my dearest children, when I say there is nothing to fear.
In addition, as more of you fluctuate between this dimension and higher ones, you gain awareness of time that is nonlinear and that does not cause decay and decline. From your fearful/forgetful 3D perspective, living without physical decay, decline, and death seems like a wonderful, desirable state. The idea appeals to you, adding to the negative feelings you have about your life in linear time.
Beware that the ego/self does not overflow with criticism and create feelings of inferiority or worthlessness when your body shows its age. Aging and illness should not be viewed as proof that you are doing something wrong. Illness is generally an indication of imbalance and should be addressed, but you do not become ill or old because you are bad or stupid or flawed. You are all my perfect children. Wellness is part of your essential self. That state of perfect wellness and health exists within you independent of the decay or dysfunction of your physical body. This will be hard for you to understand if you believe that “wellness” means your body will always function, look, and feel just as it did when you were 20 years old. If you can let your definition of health and wellness be more fluid, honoring and adapting to the physical (and sometimes mental) changes that come with age, you will not drive yourselves crazy trying to fit into ridiculous standards and you will be kinder to yourselves.
Let’s go back to the tennis metaphor. The points scored determine when a set ends, and the number of sets played determines when the match is over, right? Each point, each set is a marker of progress toward the end of the game. How else would you know when the game is complete? Such are the visible effects of aging on your body. Those of you who experience many instances of decay and decline, those of you who have the most illness or who seem to age most rapidly—you have emphasized these effects of living in linear time to remind you of the span you have chosen for your current lifetime. Yes, you use evidence of your physical mortality to remind you of your spiritual immortality. (How fond I am of such lovely paradoxes!) And because you are unique personalities, your desire for those reminders differ, but for all of you, the longer you are under the influence of linear time—that is, the older your current 3D physical body becomes—the more you will be affected by decline and decay because you have determined that it should be that way. You will not always be subject to linear time, but while you are, trust that the wiser part of you created the experience of aging and decay for a reason—and that reason is your highest good and continued evolution.
Always remember that your life is your own, not someone else’s. Don’t allow anyone to denigrate you for the ways in which you interpret the rules of your game. Live fully and joyfully—that is the primary guideline you need to follow, no matter which game you are playing. Enjoy where you are in linear time and space, and your creative consciousness will naturally rise through the dimensions with your laughter and love.
As always I am with you, dearest children, loving you from the center of your own hearts..
